All service providers on Holiday PA are required to provide basic personal information and undergo a prerequisite screening process to ensure reliability and quality of service. This verification process is designed to safeguard our users' trust and to ensure that only credible freelancers can offer their services through our platform. Additionally, all service providers will have the ability to upload any qualifications which they feel are relevant to their profession.
Is my personal information secure with Holiday PA?

My provider never showed up. What should I do?
At Holiday PA, we welcome skilled freelancers to join our platform. If your job title isn't currently listed amongst our service provider options, don't worry. We're constantly looking to expand and enhance the range of services available to travellers. If you believe that your profession would be sought after by our users, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@holidaypa.com. Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking under certain conditions. Currently, booking times cannot be modified after they have been accepted by the service provider. We are working on implementing this feature soon. Travellers are able to cancel their booking up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment with no consequences. However, if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the appointment, payment will be taken.
My job title doesn't appear as an option for service providers, can I still sign up?
